Cave Borsari

The Wine Shop is located in the upper courtyard, next to the wine press. It is the former Borsari wine cellar, which was transformed into a tasting cellar in 2005. Since 2020, this superb room has been transformed into a new shop.

The entrance is through two large red wooden doors which overlook the courtyard. The ceiling, with exposed beams, if from the 18th century. The wine shop is Monday to Friday, as well Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for wine tasting. During the week, we organize tastings for groups of 10 to 25 people.
