Natural Gamay without added sulphite, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Beautiful dark garnet color with light edge. Open, frank nose, with notes of sweet spices, blackberry and cherry. The palate offers a very nice balance. A natural wine from certified organic cultivation, vinified and bottled without any inputs, additives, filtration or sulfur.
