This Gamaret, aged for 18 months in a Burgundian demi-muid, is rich and concentrated. Its deep red colour is intense and full. On the palate, the tannins are concentrated, round and silky, with a lovely long finish. A wine for ageing, its touch of acidity gives it a bright future—if you can wait.
